Privacy Statement concerning the treatment of personal data

Information document according and for the effect to the article 13, D. Lgs. June 30, 2003, No. 196 - Privacy Policy

In compliance with D.Lgs. June 30, 2003, No. 196 (Privacy Code) and subsequent changes, we hereby supply you all due information concerning the purposes and methods for your personal and sensitive data processing in our possession.
This statement is not valid for other web sites which might be visited through links contained on all the web sites of data controller’s domain name. The data controller shall not be considered responsible for third parties’ web sites.
This statement is pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data. This statement is prompted by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, joined by the Group established from the article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must supply to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link, and under the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as revised by Directive 2009/136/EC, with regard to Cookies.

1.DATA CONTROLLER, pursuant to Article 28 of Privacy Code, is PAGLIERI SPA, S.S. N° 10 per Genova, km 98 - ALESSANDRIA in the person of legal representative Debora Paglieri e Barbara Paglieri.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services of this site are performed at the headquarters of the Data Controller and physically by Host site, and are only performed by their staff, person in charge of the processing, and any external parties for maintenance or updating of website pages.

2.TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Personal data and identification.
Personal data, any information concerning a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information including a personal identification number, identification data, personal data that allow direct identification (for example name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc ...).

Data deriving from the user’s navigation.
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site and / or completion of data collection forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and for any other personal data entered.

3.PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING FOR WHICH YOU GRANT CONSENT WHERE REQUIRED (Section 23, D. Lgs. 196/03.)

Voluntarily-provided personal and sensible data shall be processed for following purposes, unless otherwise notified:
to surf the current internet site;

  • Any request for contact, sending information requested by you;
  • Any filling of information collection form on this website;
  • Eventual management of participation / registration in sweepstakes and events;
  • Provide to the supply of promotional gift products, on request;
  • Administrative and accounting activities in general. For the purposes of applying the provisions regarding the protection of personal data, the processing realized for administrative and accounting purposes are related to the activities of an organizational nature, administrative nature, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, follow these purposes the internal organizational activities, the functional performance of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, information activities.

4. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING – DATA RETENTION
The personal data will be carried out by electronic, automated and / or manual, with methods and tools to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons authorized to do so in compliance with the requirements of Art. 31 and following D. Lgs 196/03. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

5. AMBIT OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
All personal data obtained will be treated confidentially and will not be disseminated. Your data may be shared with any company doing business with Paglieri Spa, also abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of art . 42 of Legislative Decree no . N . 196/2003. The personal information may be transferred abroad in countries outside the EU , and within the limits of articles. 43 and 44 letter . b ) of Legislative Decree no . n . 196/2003 , in order to comply with contractual obligations or related purposes. The data may be disclosed to third parties in the following categories:

  • entities that provide services for the management of the information system used by Paglieri Spa and the telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
  • firms or companies which provide assistance and advice;
  • competent authorities who enforce the law and/or regulations promulgated by public bodies, on request.

The above mentioned entities shall act as Responsible for the Data Processing or may perform their tasks fully independently, as if they were the Data Controllers. The list of data processors is constantly updated and it is available at Paglieri Spa’s headquarters.

6. NATURE OF UNDERWRITING AND REFUSAL

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The data provided for pararaph A) is optional but necessary. Their absence can make it impossible to fulfill the request or to use the services of the holder of the treatment.

7. RIGHT TO ACCESS PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

You shall exercise your rights in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196 dated June, 30th 2003 Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10, by contacting the Data Controller, Paglieri Spa, t.i. our Company, by contacting our headquarters or by sending an email at privacy@paglieri.com.
You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (Article 7 of the Code regarding protection of personal data).
For the purposes of this Article you shall excercise the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and oppose any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
When contacting the owner please provide the e-mail address, your name, address and / or telephone numbers, in order to enable the correct handling of your request.

8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

The data controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove portions of the current Privacy Statement at his discretion and at any time. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. To make this review easier for you, our privacy statement will contain the date of the publication on the website. Any use of the site following the posting of changes will constitute your agreement to the same.
